"Was fine on my sensitive skin"
I was a little nervous trying it because my skin can be sensitive, but it ended up feeling okay and didn’t cause any breakouts. Nothing dramatic, just worked fine for me, if that makes sense

"They promised better packaging, but nope"
I’m disappointed. They made it seem like the makeup would be packed securely, but the box showed up crushed and everything was just loose inside. Not really what I expected after being promised careful packaging.

"Honestly, the site was a bit frustrating"
I don’t know, the site just wasn’t super easy to use for me. I kept having to click around to find what I was looking for, and some pages felt like they took longer than they should to load. The checkout was also kind of confusing... like I wasn’t totally sure what step I was on or what was going to happen next. I actually gave up once and had to come back and start over, which was annoying.

"I do appreciate that the brand is vegan..."
I do appreciate that the brand is vegan and cruelty-free, which is a big plus. That said, a few of the products just didn’t wear very well on me, which was frustrating. The prices also feel a little high for what I got, so I’m landing at 3 stars

The product itself seems fine, not saying it’s a scam, but the applicator is kind of frustrating. It grabs way too much product at once, so it’s harder to apply neatly than I expected. It’s not awful, but I do have to spend extra time fixing it.

"Customer service done the right way"
I had a quick question about my order and expected to wait a while, but they emailed me back much faster than I thought they would. It was simple, clear, and got handled without a bunch of unnecessary back and forth. I really appreciate when a company respects your time and treats you fairly, that’s how customer service should be. Happy with the experience.

I’m really pleased with this formula. It blends out so smoothly and once it’s on, it actually stays put all day without needing much touch-up. Definitely happy I tried it.

I really liked the color at first, but it transferred a lot more than I expected. It was on my coffee cup and even my mask, which was frustrating. Compared to a few other lip products I’ve used around the same price, this just didn’t hold up as well. I was hoping for better transfer resistance, so I’m a little disappointed.

"I really wanted to like this..."
I really wanted to like this, and to be fair, the shade match was decent. But the coverage just didn’t work well for me. I have some redness and a few spots, and I had to use quite a bit of product to get things looking even. After a few hours, it started looking patchy too. I don’t think it’s a terrible product, but for the price, I expected it to perform better. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Most of what I wanted was sold out"
I tried ordering a few things from kvdveganbeauty.com, but almost every shade I wanted was out of stock. I checked again later thinking maybe it was just bad timing, but nope, still nothing. It feels like the site is handled carelessly when it keeps showing products you can’t even buy. it just wasted my time.

"My refund came through, just slower than I wanted"
I returned one item from kvdveganbeauty.com, the return itself wasn’t a big hassle for me. The annoying part was waiting on the refund because I expected it to show up sooner. Customer service did get back to me, but not as quickly as I would’ve liked, especially since I was the one stuck checking on my money. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t impressive either

The products are definitely good, and I didn’t have any real issues with them. Maybe it’s just me, but for the price I was expecting a bit more. It’s not bad at all, just didn’t feel like the best value.

I picked this up from kvdveganbeauty.com mostly because I needed a waterproof liner, i was a little skeptical. But it actually held up well through a rainy day and a sweaty commute without doing that dramatic running-down-my-face thing.
I’m not totally convinced it’s perfect, since it did smudge a tiny bit near the corners after wearing it for hours, and taking it off took more effort than I’d like. Still, for the most part, I’m happy with it and would probably buy it again.
